Processing and shipping policy
Processing is the time allotted to the company to prepare your order. This can include the time it takes to acquire material/supplies needed for your order in the event the seller doesn't have them readily available. Our processing time for orders are 3-14 business days. Processing periods begin on the Next business day after your order has been processed.
**Orders placed using KLARNA will have an extended processing time. PLease allow up to 21-30 Business days to process and ship your order.**
We ship through USPS. On average, customers receive their orders within 2-4 business days from the time the order was shipped off. International orders can take up to 12 business days. During sales, this time can be extended up to 14 business days. Our company ships 5 days a week (Monday-Friday). Shipping is suspended on holidays and cannot be calculated as a business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will not begin processing until Monday.

refund, return & exchange policy
Due to the nature of our products and safety precautions during COVID-19 season, we will not allow refunds, returns, or exchanges after customer has recieved order.
Refunds can be handled on a case by case basis however we prefer an opportunity to correct the issue warranting a refund. Customers can be issued a refund or have their order canceled within the first 24 hours of purchasing.
